I have started walking in the mornings instead of dancing on the Taylor Swift/Def Leppard Crossroads DVD.
I began doing this switch About six weeks ago. The primary reason is because although the dance routine was aerobic, some nights after i got home from work, I wasn't very motivated to make it happen and so I skipped it at least once a week, meaning I probably was only getting 3 nights every week in. Exercising right off the bat in the morning means it gets done an entire 5 days every week. I can get home and if I want to take a little nappie about the couch for around 30 minutes, it's no biggie.
As opposed to lollygagging drinking my first walk in bed in the morning and reading my Twitter feed, I actually do yoga very first thing (doubles as a warm-up), and hit the streets about 5:30. Then after my 45-minute walk, I've my coffee when i shower and while I'm donning my makeup. I now only check my Twitter feed very occasionally at the job or while waiting somewhere, or before I go to bed.
It's safer to do it each day, as the air is cleaner (not so many cars) as well as the exercise gets me choosing the day.
I still lollygag in bed on weekends, drinking coffee, doing offers on my phone, and examining the Twitter.
Overall, this is working better for me. I might perform a Crossroads show and dance with Taylor and Joe, Viv, Sav, Rick, and Phil occasionally on the weekend. But at this time I'm Hysterical about Armageddon It inside the mornings and i am a Photograph of Pouring Something On Me initial thing.
